Scientific Case

Our aim is to scan two PCL scaffolds to analyse the microstructure, one with attached cells and one filled with collagen. More specifically, for the scaffold with cells we want to analyse whether the cells are attached over the surface micropores (10 um pore size). For the scaffold with collagen, we want to investigate if the collagen fully fills the scaffold. Both cylindrical samples have 5mm of diameter and 1.5 mm of height.
